What the $49 covers in Maine
- Clinician review of up to one nonurgent secure-message check-in per active month, ordinarily answered within three business days. A visit may be required when a message can't be handled safely.
- Routine review of reasonable refill requests for noncontrolled medication already in your treatment plan. Review does not guarantee a prescription.
- Routine care coordination and records routing related to your shrinkMD treatment.
- Member scheduling support and access to shrinkMD patient educational resources.

- Guaranteed appointments, prescriptions, or outcomes.
- Emergency or crisis care.
- Controlled-substance treatment.

What is the Serenity Squad?

Is membership required?
No. You can always pay per visit. Membership saves money for people who see their clinician regularly.
Is this insurance?
No. It is not health insurance, does not replace insurance, and does not satisfy any federal requirement to buy insurance. Fees may not count toward an insurance deductible.
Does it include unlimited messaging?
No. In Maine the fee covers one nonurgent message check-in per active month, ordinarily answered within three business days. Other clinical questions may need a visit.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime through the patient portal. Canceling before your next billing date prevents the next charge. A month that has already started isn't prorated, but benefits continue through the end of that month.
What if I only need one visit?
Then membership probably isn't worth it yet. Pay per visit, and join later if you move into ongoing care.
