How it works is simple
1. Complete new patient paperwork
Complete a short form to tell us about yourself. Are you withdrawn? Isolated? Anxious? Irritable? Have trouble sleeping? Depressed? Panic attacks? Hearing voices? What is it you are seeking help for?
2. Schedule a time convenient for you
Instructions for your virtual appointment will be sent to you.
3. Meet with us
We will meet through a HIPAA compliant platform that is safe, secure, and private to find out exactly what you are going through. Working together as a team, we will discuss a personalized treatment plan and expectations going forward.
4. We continue to work as a team
We will discuss in session how often we will meet to maintain your stability and to ensure your continued benefit from treatment. If medications and labs are prescribed, they will be sent electronically to a location convenient for you.
How it works is simple
We will help you get reimbursed
At shrinkMD, providing the highest quality care for our patients is our top priority. While we are currently out-of-network with insurance, we do offer an itemized bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We understand the importance of timely reimbursements, which is why we recommend using Reimbursify to file claims, track submissions, and get paid quickly.
